Job Description for the post

• Monitoring Accounting & Taxation matters for optimal planning and fund use Statutory and Internal audit.
• Monitoring-amendment of computer programme for need based requirement.
• Monitoring Retail Operation Management on daily basis regarding accounts Business Process Improvement.
• Training & Development of human resources in accounting division.
• MIS Reporting
• Coordinating with banks for arrangement of finance and monthly reports Ensuring that the team works on deadlines and achieves targets Raising of capital from banks, PE and IPO
• Monitoring and Updating of credit Limits for Debtors.
• Monitoring correctness of all bills and issuing credit note / rebilling if required.
• Monitoring Accounting Databases in ERP, various financial reports i.e. cash flow, P/L A/Cs on monthly basis as per Accounting Standards ,Company Policies within set time frame.
• Monitoring details for Income Tax cases, TDS Register& Challan, Withholding Tax Certificate - Form 16 & Form 16A
• Monitoring Auditors in providing the details required for Statutory Audit & Tax Audit.
• Monitoring Company Secretarial work like making minutes, filing various forms with Registrar of Companies, FCGPR with RBI and also filing documents for FIPB approval.

Vacancy open for Retail Marketing

Candidate must be from Marketing back ground. Fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi. Flexible with relocation. Candidate from retail back ground will be preferred.

Qualification:   Graduate in any discipline. MBA (Marketing) will be added extra preference.

Salary: Negotiable.
